The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in Drake v. Obama, a case questioning whether President Barack Obama was born in the United States and is eligible to serve as president.

Wiley Drake, a former vice presidential candidate in 2008 and former presidential candidate Alan Keyes, are two of the lead plaintiffs challenging the validity of President Obama’s birth certificate. A lower court dismissed this case ruling that the Court is not the proper place to challenge a president’s election.

If this is not the place, why did you wait so long to tell us. This should have been settled a long time ago. He was born in KENYA, South Africa and they have a huge celebration built with his name on it as a KENYAN BORN. HE has not abided by the Constitution saying he MUST be born an AMERICAN, in the United States of America. All certificates he has shown as Birth Certificate has been confirmed as FAKE. WE DESERVE A REAL AMERICAN TO LEAD OUR COUNTRY. One who is able to lead, not put everything off to other congressmen. One who will keep his oath to abide by our Constitution, as he has broken it over and over.
