    Same-sex marriages are an abomination.

  2. […] the Constitution’s “good behavior” standard, leaving them susceptible to removal.  In Article XI, former U.S. attorney Tom Ashcraft laid out the process by which Congress can limit the […]

    Immorality is not protected by the constitution, nor is it something that deserves equal protection.  There is a difference in being a minority for religious or ethnic reasons, and wishing that classification because you are immoral.

    So now we have a Kenya born Muslim president, unconstitutional, homosexual, nominating homosexuals to the Supreme Court. An unconstitutional president can,t nominate supreme court justices. A press that knew he was the “first Kenyan born senator” didn’t forget that he was Kenyan born when he decided to run for president.

    I would think that any nominee seeking an appointment to the Supreme Court who is seeking to uphold and enforce that document would want to be assured that the president of the US is natural born as required by the constitution. To accept a nomination from someone she knows to be unconstitutional automatically disqualifies her by showing her ignorance or disregard for the Constitution, which that position requires. Any person seeking to fill that position legally must first await the removal of an unqualified sitting president.

    As a usurper acting in the guise of the President you could not legally function as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the militia of the several states, as such forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you;

    No one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, executive orders or directives, as such orders would be legally VOID;

    Your appointment of Ambassadors and Judges to the Supreme Court would be VOID ab initio (i.e., from the beginning), no matter what subsequent actions the Senate might take as well as rendering any such acts by such appointed officials void as well;

    Congress would not be able to pass any new laws because they would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President, rendering all such legislation legally VOID;

    Obama, was never elected.
    In Norton vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p.442 it states, “An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”
    Since it would be an unconstitutional act for an illegal alien to be a US president, “it creates no office”, and unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. All that is needed is for someone with intestinal fortitude to brand it.

    Five Reasons Why Christians Should Not Obtain a State Marriage License

    1. The definition of a “license” demands that we not obtain one to marry. Black’s Law Dictionary defines “license” as, “The permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission, would be illegal.” We need to ask ourselves- why should it be illegal to marry without the State’s permission?

    So, how did we come to this place in America where marriage licenses are issued?
    In the mid-1800’s, certain states began allowing interracial marriages or miscegenation as long as those marrying received a license from the state. In other words they had to receive permission to do an act which without such permission would have been illegal. Marriage was instituted by God, therefore it is a God-given right. According to Scripture, it is to be governed by the family, and the State only has jurisdiction in the cases of divorce or crime.

    Christians should be fighting as hard to marry without a license to do that which is not illegal, as “gays” are fighting to get permission from the state to do that which is immoral and illegal.

    What do you want? All homosexuals to just go away? Aborted at birth? Should they not be allowed to have a partner? Being gay is not immoral, they are BORN that way..”Mother Nature’s Birth Control” or a test for “Tolerence”. It is YOUR RELIGIOUS belief that being gay is wrong. And in THIS country, we have freedom OF and freedom FROM religion. Allowing gay’s to marry will not alter your belief, get it?
    Quit wasting your time persecuting the gay people. Focus on real issues that are important, like our education system which is going downhill fast. Like our corrupt government. Like our HUGE government debt.

    If you were truly a Christian, you wouldn’t be taking this negative stand. And you certainly wouldn’t be focusing on what kind of sex gays are having. Because your sex life is YOUR sex life. Nobody’s else’s business.

    We all have sin. Our goal should be to turn from sin, not to grovel in it. Our educational system has been going downhill because of the lack of moral foundation. Wishing to shower and use restrooms of the opposite sex is a good example of immorality unchained.
