By all rights and proper judicial precedent, if a Supreme Court justice has already participated in an action that deals specifically with the issue being adjusted, that justice has always recused. We have two justices who have actually presided over same-sexy marriages. That means they have already established their views on this issue before the court even hears the evidence. This is just wrong on so many levels. Aha on Kagan and Ginsburg!!!!

How can there be a “troubling turn” for recusal? Both or these So called judges have already expressed their opinions regarding this matter, therefor according to every propriety and moral behavior demands they recuse themselves.
If They do not then it is quite evident they have absolutely no intention of servings the citizens of this country without prejudice and should not be allowed to remain on the Supreme or any court in this country!!!

The Congress should file impeachment charges against these two judges. They are the only body with the power to do something. There is virtually nothing you & me can do. However do you think the quislings we have in Congress will ever obey the law??

If you want to fight the forces of homophilia, you are going to start boycotting the several hundred corporation in the S&P 500 that support homosexuality. This is the surest way to defeat them. If 40 million Christians boycott any corporation that supports homosexuality, that corporation will end up in bankruptcy. And after more than 10 years of telling Christians this very thing, I’m getting tired of them not doing it.

The quislings we have in Congress are all so corrupt the entire Congress should be dissolved. They have proven for 5 decades that “they are the power” and the rest of us are simply slaves working to pay their salaries and the bills they continue to pile up like cord wood. 2016 will be the last election held in the United States of America no matter who wins. GOP Republicans are equally as insidious as the socialist democrats. We The People lose either way.

If they “legalize” same sex marriage they eliminate the basis for any kind moral judgment or propriety. We will no longer have a moral law.

Maxx, your post was fascinating. I calculated a few decades ago that some kind of major trauma and transformation would take place around 2020. In that case, 2016 would be the last election (at least, as we’ve come to know and love them). I didn’t take it all that seriously until relatively recently, based on the way things seem to be unfolding. I’m curious… How did you arrive at your conclusion? Or is it just the feeling that things are rapidly approaching some kind of climax?
