USJF looks into how to remove a Wisc. legislator

The statutes that determine how and why a legislator may be removed and/or associated punishments are as follows: Chapter 17 controls the Resignation, Vacancies, and Removals from Office. The pertinent statutes within this chapter are §§ 17.001; 17.025; 17.03(1), (4)(a) and (b), (7), (8), and (13); 17.05; and 17.06(1). Now, we will discuss how to utilize each of these sections or how we might effectively utilize these sections against the missing legislators.
